Benjie is my top Auckland mechanic! I have never found a mechanic in my 46 years living in Auckland who is really good & most of all truly cares about his customers like Benjie. His customer centric approach gives him the edge than most mechanics out there whose sole aim is purely financial. A very respectable family man with good morals and one of the best work ethics I’ve come across. Benjie is definitely one in a million!!!
I would have said this place was one of the best to go to for mechanical issues but unfortunately after the experience I have had recently I would have to reconsider. I had my car booked in and confirmed for minor fix ups. I was told that it would be an easy fix and not many issues. I was never told to order my own parts etc. I turn up on the agreed day to get my car fixed and then I am asked if I have the parts with me / ordered them?.
