I have a car warranty from this company, I paid $6k for this additional warranty, yesterday I called them that I have a problem with the car, I was informed that they are reporting this matter to the warranty and they will let me know if the fault is covered by the warranty. I recently purchased a $140,000 Shelby truck from Automaxx, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. I was promised a bumper-to-bumper warranty up to 60,000km, which was a key factor in my decision to purchase such a high-performance vehicle. We didn't come to an agreement on the car price, which is fine but then after we left the manager called us trying to convince us and since we said no, he basically threaten us saying he will reach to the bank and that we wouldn’t get approved anywhere else. This was just unacceptable and shows lack of ethics and poor customer service.
