I have had the worst experience ever in 14 years in this country, basically for being naïve and trustful. This place is just full of shady advice that ends up playing against your pocket. My journey started 4 months ago when I was lured into adding extra policies and extended warranty. First, I was offered a 6.99% interest, which turned out to be 9.99% in the loan contract. A sido la peor experiencia de mi vida me ofrecieron ayuda para comprar un vehiculo y solo me estafaron , y dejaron muy endeudada no lo recomiendo para nada en lo absoluto. Si se interesan en comprar busquen otro lugar.///// respondiendo a su pregunta desde el principio dije que no queria ese vehiculo y me dijeron vamos a buscar opciones o una solucion y hasta la fecha sigo esperando, como empresa podrian escuchar a sus clientes y en realidad dar soluciones. EDIT: I'm very frustrated by this dealership. I bought my vehicle from them 1.5 months ago. First bad impression, it was delivered very dirty and I took pictures and sent it to my sales person. After two weeks I started experiencing electrical issues. The radio would turn off and on while driving. Then the battery light and oil light would turn on randomly and then off.
