Requested carfax for one of the car, get the trade in value on my current vehicle and available list within my budget on Oct 25th at the store, still get nothing back. I’ve contact the dealer, who was talk with me from very first time, through the text and he always said he will send it tomorrow, which was never happened. Also, I see there’s hard credit check, which I never agree.
Would not recommend doing business with these liars. Offered 3500 for my car on the phone. Then changed their mind to 1500 and acted like they never gave me the first price. Shady at best.
Tessa and Angella were both amazing: wound up leaving with a much better vehicle (with better payments too than my previous vehicle) and as a very happy customer. Definitely recommend this business, and specifically these two lovely ladies who were professional and fantastic to deal with
