Horrible. 12 days to warranty replace my blown window motor. Told me 3 days to diagnose. Can't just come back later, they have to have the car for 3 days bc they can't schedule it. Because "people are late" they lost all ability to do appoints is what the manager explained to me as I sat in the line labeled "appointments" having been told a time to be there... I brought my truck in for a AC condensation water dripping on the front passenger carpet area. I found out on my own there was a technical Service bulletin put out in 2020 for this problem. Only eligible for repair as long as vehicle is still under warranty. Technician inspected and sent his report along with pictures of water soaked and mildew carpet, said he pulled the carpet back on my 2020 F-150. Took a warranty covered vehicle because it was burning oil and DEF, (6 quarts over 2500miles and two tanks of DEF) advisor called and said it was contaminated fuel no testing except "it looks off color" (filled up 6 times between when issues started and making it to dealer) advisor said not to worry insurance covers it, authorized repairs they charged 8600.00 only to get truck home with oil leaks, and to find out insurance does not cover replacement of fuel system or anything without proof

Just bought a new F250, my sales rep. Norman, Finance Manger Lambert and Justin was a tremendous help. They matched my vehicle price from 3 other Ford dealers and went above and beyond to give me a great deal. I have serviced my older truck there for years without a problem, I plan to shop here for years to come. Also the owner of automax personally made sure I was satisfied. I took my Hyundai Accent in for routine 2012 maintenance, expecting to have an oil change and basic stuff. When they said it would be a little more since they rotated the tires, I was basically okay with that but a bit disconcerted that they hadn t discussed that with me. What really pissed me off is that they did a full fuel system flush and clean out WITHOUT asking me.
