Great service to me every time. Friendly representatives. Sad to see that they are closed.
The guys here did over $400 of work on my car and fixed things that were not broken & didn’t even touch the issue they were supposed to. I’ve gone elsewhere (Petty’s) & they were able to fix my issue for so much less. They took advantage, knowing that I’m not an expert on how to fix cars. I tried to contact them and now they just pick up the phone and hang it up on me. It sucks that I have to take further actions to make them do the right thing. Kindness doesn’t get u very at AutoMax if anything it digs u into a hole
Will not be back. If they say you need anything, get a second opinion. First visit was fine, people were friendly. Second visit was freindly but they tried to sell me brakes that I absolutely did not need. I replaced my rotors and brakes 8 months ago. The person that replace them, verified they were good. They still look practically brand new. According to their vehicle inspection report, my fluids (including coolant) looked great but that was not the case as well.
