I just want to say that the employees and management at this location have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS and GLADLY turn away customers with no intention of actually trying to do well on their part. Additionally, they will lie to you and manipulate the situation to pass off blame. The general manager lied to my face, the financing group is incompetent, and you can tell that these folks work in a back-stabbing hostile environment where nobody accepts responsibility.
