I dropped my vehicle off for warranty work on a Friday, and my service advisor said she would text me every day with status updates. I didn't hear "ANYTHING" until Wednesday after I complained. I tried calling my service advisor every day but kept getting her voice-mail. Calling the service department did me no good because they kept pushing me off on someone else who would never call me back.
