I’ve called several times and was told to text over the details, then told to email them instead. Every time I follow up, he acts like he never received any of the information. I’ve waited weeks just to get a reply, and even after checking in multiple times, I still haven’t gotten a proper response. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
