Recommendedgreat service our truck broke down 3 miles north of town and they rescued us fast. Ryan was very courteous and even called us a taxi since he couldnt fit our family of 6 in the truck. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will remember if i ever need anything in the area again.
Had issue with my truck today. Another shop had turned me away because they were too busy. This shop was busy too! When I explained my wife and I were leaving for Tennessee tomorrow, they squeezed me in and got me taken care of. Outstanding caring people. Highly recommend. Next time I need a mechanic, I know where I am going!
I was out of town and my wife had her truck overheat and someone believed it to be the water pump. With me being out of town she was left without a vehicle and was pretty distressed. I called into the great folks at Automax and they told me to have her bring it right in and they would get right to it immediately. They not only did that but they also gave her a loaner to use and returned her vehicle with a new water pump the same day and for a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for your great service Automax!!
