Great Service, knowledgeable team, Steve walk me through the whole process and made the repair easy to understand and worry free process, I highly recommend them for Transmission needs.
My car had it's oil pan ripped apart when I ran over a sign, and the first shop AAA towed it to wouldn't do the work. I was really far from home. Looked up shops, found AutoMatics, and Steve was happy to help even though I never had been to and don't live near his shop. (But it was closer than where I was stranded.) He communicated throughout the process, worked with my insurance company for the coverage, and did a perfect job with the car. Automatics Transmission is a excellent, professional and honest repair shop. Steve was very honest and goes the extra mile to repair your vehicle. Not only did they find what was a difficult problem with my daughters transmission he saved us thousands of dollars other shop wanted to fix the issue . If you bring your car to Steve you can feel comfortable you will get your car fixed at a honest cost . He also cares about his customers and is very helpful, his mechanics do excellent work.
