Great service! Friendly staff and a great job too. Mike was highly recommended by several of my customers/mechanics. I am self employed. When my truck is down I am not earning an income. Job was done quickly. Reasonably priced.... boy was I happy! I have a 1 year warranty with Mike and 2yr warranty on the Ford parts.
Took my trans am in last year quick and fair priced Planetary gear went out on it which I found can happen No problem honoured warranty work right away transmissions been great ever since Highly recommended pricing is good and a man of his word
My 01' F350 ran into transmission issues on my way back to NY after vacationing in MI. After several calls around London and St.Thomas with no luck an area mechanic suggested Automatics Only. He said Mike was a “transmission wizard” and the best around. When I called - Mike graciously let me know they were already backed up with work, but given my situation agreed to take a look. Had him rebuild the tranny and then when it blew up dropped it off for warranty work, it was left there for a month only to find out he is not honouring the warranty. Save your money go somewhere else.
