Used to deal directly with someone named Dale who was awesome, since I met him originally about 2 years ago when my husband purchased multiple vaults for a family plot. Friendly, knowledgeable and just overall a kind person, and was around every weekend it seemed. New employee(?)/owner(?) Would rather yell first, ask questions later. So hot-headed and confrontational that we're taking our business elsewhere and advising others to do the same. The guy is seriously unstable and I would avoid at all costs.
