This place has to be the biggest crook operation I have ever dealt with. Had septic trouble and they rented an excavator. But the workers couldn't run the excavator becuase it didn't switch over to backhoe controls so they rented another one and charged me for both ! Then charged a total of 25 hrs labor when they would only be here an hour this day an hour that day .... The longest they where here at one time is 4 hours. I wouldn't recommend these guys to my enemy

We received a quote from them to fix a water pipe break. They quoted $250 - $300. We told them to do the work. They told us it would take around 4 hrs. They did the work and it took 4 hrs but because they felt they worked harder to get the job done they sent us a bill for over $800. We disputed the bill and they finally lowered it to around $600.00. The way they bill people in my opinion is very crooked. I had a few appliances to connect in a home I had bought. They gave an estimate of 4 hours which seemed fair. They asked because the home was being remodeled if they could use this as "fill in" work when they were in the area, which I agreed to. They would show up with 2 people, not even get out from the van and then leave on "emergency" calls. They did about 3 man hours of work, but billed for 16.
