I chose Hector and Automatic Transmissions Experts for 5 Stars across the board. That rating does not come easy. I was not disappointed. The repair issues my vehicle was having was actually quite complicated. Hector was persistent and was able to complete the necessary repairs. Great communication and thorough explanations along with options. Great Service!
Hector was amazing! We had great communication and showed up on time. I called and asked for work, little did I know he was right on the job! Really great pricing and showed me that he is trustworthy. I know who to call if I ever lose my keys again. He also let me know he has friends around the world so just to call him and he can send a friend to me. Whoever he trust, I trust. Thank you so much!
My family and I were visiting Gilroy for the day but at the end of the day my car wouldn’t start , we had to stay the night and hoped to fix it the next day , but it was Sunday . We called so many mechanics that popped up on google and no one wanted to work in a Sunday (understandable) , thank God the tow truck driver recommended Hector. These guys are an all around mechanic. Not just a transmission shop. I had this ticking noise coming from my engine. Two other shops misdiagnosed the problem, but Hector knew what it was immediately. He’s fairly priced and knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend.
