Customer service was horrible. The work took a few trips back and forth before the problem was completely fixed. That wasn't the problem. I'm thankful everything worked out eventually. This place could be better if they had an office manager or even a receptionist during office hours. I've never been to a place that you had to ask multiple times for a receipt. Over 2 years they have switched out 4 different transmissions and now this one blew up too. I'm not coming back, Im not dealing with these idiots anymore, I'm just taking a loss on it, and paying another shop to do it right. I cant believe how many good reviews they have, this place is always a chaotic mess, and they obviously couldn't install a transmission properly in my car. I cant keep wasting time with them, you shouldn't either.
They did a great job at a fair price installing a trsansmission.
