I waited 2 months after install to write a review so I could evaluate their follow-up. I’m very happy with this company. Their price was excellent as well as their communication and follow-up to make sure I was happy. I had a couple sprinkler heads that needed to be adjusted and Jim Collentro came out the same day to make the adjustments.
I have been a customer of Automatic Rain for over 20 years. They have done a A Plus job during that time.Installation, service and winterizing. The technicians are knowledgeable,dependable, and prompt.Very reasonably pricing and most of all a great company to deal with. In this day and age is very hard to come by. Great service. We've been customers for over 15 years. Their techs know what they are doing. Beyond annually starting and closings, their response time when issues such as worn-out equipment fails is excellent. I highly recommend Automatic Rain.
