Horrible customer service. Horrible communication. I lost thousands of dollars in landscaping because they do not communicate and, as I was told today, “we are just short staffed.” This, after they committed to come when I was home to insure coverage. They talk a good line with plenty of apologies but apologies do not get the job done. Automatic Rain installed my irrigation system at my residence 13 years ago. They have provided me excellent service since day one. They are very professional and responsive to calls for maintenance as well as winterizing my system in the fall and putting it back in operation in the spring. They often provide helpful information for keeping the system up to date and making improvements, and their service technicians are personable and respectful. Automatic Rain has serviced my irrigation for 12 years but now they won't return my calls or texts to start my system this summer. I don't know what is going on with this, but i wouldn't use then again.
