The team of automatic rain is excellent! Very professional. Me being a tradesman myself I am very impressed by the quality of work they provide. The install was clean and the service for the past years was impeccable. I recommend them frequently to my clients. I recommend to use the spring start up and definitely the winterizing service to keep your irrigation running smoothly. Can't thank you guys enough.
We have been customers of Automatic Rain for several years. From the initial installation to their service these days, this company has been outstanding. We have had no, and we mean no, problems with them. We highly recommend Automatic Rain to anyone considering an in-ground watering system.
Would NOT recommend this company. I’ve used them for two years hoping things would work out , but they just keep getting worse. First I got an email saying the techs bought out the company and I should contact them directly. You will never get any report about what service exactly was performed , nothing… but when time comes to turn the systems back on and you ask how to do that , you’ll be offered another visit for $230 plus.
