Paul and Nick were there early, probably to beat the heat but worked for the next 7 hours straight on a 100 degree day. This is the 3rd cover we’ve had installed and this was the by far the best . Paul knew everything there is to know about my difficult cover, which other companies refused take on. Nick, “Gozza Ranch’s Pool Boy” and APC’s future management learning the ropes, did the dirty heavy lifting. Thank you both! Just saying…I would have jumped in the pool!
Did not have the best experience with communication, but overall, very pleased with the product. We needed the cover for peace of mind for our infant. The installer was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We provided payment to the company in May. We were told our pool cover would be installed by early July. We are unable to get into contact with a live employee. We have left voicemails and then the company text us back hours later. Terrible communication, failure to deliver on their services, and all for the cheap price of $16,000. I would look for another installer in the Spokane area.
I have had a terrible experience trying to work with Automatic Pool Covers of Spokane (APC). The previous homeowner had APC install a Cover Pools cover in 2007. I have had some issues and was hoping to have the motor and cover inspected (and possibly replace the vinyl).
