Automatic pool covers replaced our cover years ago and our ropes snapped recently. Made an appointment for repair and was told that I had to have a charge card on file. Once the service was complete, I was billed the next day and there was a 2.5% charge card fee that I was not informed of. When I called to ask if I could pay with debit, cash or check, they stated that they could not refund my money once it had been charged.
