Automatic pool covers replaced our cover years ago and our ropes snapped recently. Made an appointment for repair and was told that I had to have a charge card on file. Once the service was complete, I was billed the next day and there was a 2.5% charge card fee that I was not informed of. When I called to ask if I could pay with debit, cash or check, they stated that they could not refund my money once it had been charged. Steve is always great to work with. APC puts out a really good product.
Go somewhere else to have work done to your automatic pool cover. We are going into our 4 season with our pool. The cover stopped opening about 3/4 of the way, when the guy was out to open the pool for the season. He couldn’t open our pool because the cover wasn’t working. So, we called Automatic Pool Covers, which installed our cover. They will charge you a $295.00 service charge, even though our cover was only 4 years old. Cody and his partner were GREAT!!! I had a cable break and they responded quickly, arriving just when they said they would. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. In addition they gave me some great ideas on how to keep leaves and critters out of my cover mechanism. They did a thorough check of the cover and hardware. This is the 2nd time I’ve use APC and i couldn’t be any happier. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend the team at Automatic Pool Covers. We had a new system installed two years ago on our pool. We love the cover and the system in general. We had an issue with our keypad and they were able to come out and get it replaced literally the next day. Great company & great people!
