Multiple issues. It is a nice cover and does its job but the product is over designed. I have had pulley issues and now my keypad went out. Would suggest using a different company.
Stay away if you value the safety and well-being of your family—especially your small children—around your pool. We purchased an APC pool cover less than three years ago for our large inground pool. In just 2 short years, with minimal wear (we don’t use our pool often) we woke up one morning to a large tear in the pool cover, with water seeping over the top. After much back-and-forth, APC agreed to replace the pool cover, but, as per their warranty, we are responsible for all labor cost to uninstall the defective cover, and ... read more
