I was so happy someone recommended Easy Ice to me after dealing with several horrible Chicago area companies for over 6 months trying to get our ice machine fixed. They're super responsive, friendly, and fast. They can always get us scheduled quickly, within a day or two.
Eric came and cleaned my machine. He really did a great job it is spotless now. He was fast and was able to work around my deliveries that were happening at the same time. He also took the time to show me what I can do to keep up with maintenance and pointed out what he did. He was very nice and would 100% recommend him to anyone.
Terrific experience working with Easy Ice! I thought I knew what to expect working with a corporate entity but was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and speedy installation. From my initial contact down to the installation Mike and Domenica were always ready to give me the information I needed and respond promptly to the point that I was able to get my ice machine by just hitting one domino! Would highly recommend working with this team.
