Daniel was friendly and was great to work with, he got everything done better than expected. Very satisfied with results.
I started this process with them 9 Months ago now. They provided me recommendations on everything and I followed it to a T. After 9 months only 2 items of about 15 ever arrived and I had to pay up front. They told me don't worry they will acquire the rest and install. They never would setup an appt to do said either. I spent more time on the phone and email then the whole project is even worth. Took 2 months to get my refund from there 3rd party supplier. I finally had to give up and go elsewhere. I purchased a solar gate system from Joe’s Gates and could not be more pleased with the product and installation. They were very dependable and always were there when they said they would be. I would recommend them!
I’ve used Joe to keep my automatic gates in good operating service for years. I trust him implicitly. Any more, when my gate has an issue, I just text Joe and he comes by to fix it for me without me even being there. Please don’t retire any time soon Joe!
