Automatic Gates Construction is a great company to work with. They provide excellent service by skilled technicians. I would highly recommend them for any gate related work. They also provide timely service and the office staff is great to work with as well.
Charged $1,000 for a control board that is easily found online around the $350 to $400 range from reputable companies. Verified this via the gate's manual/official part number of the board and Google Shopping (Entry and Exit Systems site for $391.50/Amazon for $369.95/Gate Crafters for $368.60). Refused to give me an itemized receipt because "I wasn't tax exempt," so they typed up a breakdown via email. Stay away from this company. They have no integrity WHATSOEVER. They won't show up nor answer your calls on the day they schedule themselves to come and service you.
Automatic Gates is a great company. Very reliable and always fix the problem for a fair price. The technicians are courteous and know their trade well.
I have used Automatic Gates twice for repairs and they have done a PHENOMENAL job! Monica has done a wonderful job when I have spoken with her on the phone and William has done an amazing job with the repairs and has the best customer service skills when relaying the information about the repairs when he speaks with you. They have done nothing but treated me with the me about the job.
