Customer services were just joke, Price for half hour only 250$. On top added 15 mint for their additional services. Services was a complete letdown. The service was incredibly low level. and the staff seemed to actively charging double for everything. I was told by email the tech will come betweem 12 to 4, but tech showed up at 10.45 am. For the high prices they charge, even 15 mints extra, which I dont think so they its been that long time only for viewing when there was no part replaced. the quality is a joke. Recommend you stay away from these people. Installer is not competent. In our case, he did not seal the main enclosure, a slug got in and blew the board 4 months after installation. AGS won’t fix it unless we pay the close to $1000 bill. I will pursue this with fair trading - suggest others with similar experiences do the same. A rating of 3.9 speaks for itself - wish I paid more attention to this the purchasing.
