Buying a TAU motor from Trent’s company was a nightmare. We have had nothing but trouble with the motor from day one. Trent has never been to site to investigate and refuses to replace the motor. Department of consumer affairs agrees with our complaint, and still Trent is looking for excuses not to do the right thing. Don’t trust this company, their products or especially a person who chooses not to do the right thing. And please note the motor is a TAU. Absolute rubbish. This company is nothing but trouble. I visit the store, ask for a solar system to run my sliding driveway gate. I provide photos of the gate. It is on a track and level. The system worked fine in summer. In winter, however, it does not. I received a questionnaire requiring me to test the battery, provide photos and jump through hoops. All completed. With photos of the the multimeter attached to it and the read out. Testing shows the battery is not charging to it’s supposed capacity. Still nothing helpful from this company. J... read more
