Very disappointing experience. We booked a garage door maintenance service and were given an appointment window from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. We stayed home and waited the entire afternoon, but the technician didn't arrive during the agreed time. When the technician finally arrived, the "maintenance" took only a few minutes. He sprayed some lubricant on a few moving parts and then told us the service was complete. We had a great experience with the team at Automatic Garage Solutions. They sent out a technician the same afternoon we called, after our garage door stopped working. The lovely Nadine was incredibly helpful, and made the booking process seamless. It is hard to find skilled and reliable providers nowadays, however, our technician Joe was a professional - he did a great job and was very efficient. Thanks again team, we could not be happier with the service provided throughout!
Brian, who's also the owner of this business, did a amazing job on my garage door service. Not only did he do the service, he also took the time to explain and show me what is done and why it is done.
