I initially had a issue with the AI booking system, but Alex called me personally and came out on Friday afternoon. Great Can do attitude and a great experience.
Thanks Brian, Incredible service & skill. Fixed what I thought was going to be a major work. Brian thought it through before starting & replaced the Gliderol control box & also got the bottom of the door back into its track. Problem fixed, no need to get into the motors etc. He is incredibly personable & works totally & passionately for you. He also showed how to do regular maintenance to maintain the door. Thanks to Brian who came in and with click of his fingers - our garage door was fixed. Car was reversed into the door and we thought the damage caused would involve maybe a complete door change.
