Docked at a marina with lower docks than what we're used to. I didn't want to reset our "normal" dock deploy heights. Autofender support responded quickly and acquainted me with a procedure for just this case. Super helpful!!
I don’t leave reviews until I have had a product for about a year. I bought the AF Torque last season. I have to say the product is really cool. Even better the customer support is second to none. I have a 54 ft Crusiers Yachts. I installed 2 sets, used them for the first season without any issues. Our boat stays undercover and does see the sunshine for months during the winter. Excellent product which works as advertised. Had a minor installation issue initially that Boat Innovation solved quickly.
My wife loves this product, she enjoys boating much more not worrying about installing fenders. In some Yachts / Cruiser this is a mush have as they have very minimal access to the bow (like in ours).
