Awful. Abusive on the phone, don't honor what their contract says or what their invoices say they are billing for. Avoid at all costs.
Automatic Alarm Services set up our security system for our new store in New Paltz. We were so impressed with the level of professionalism brought to the job. Jim is great-so helpful and knowledgable- and the customer service when we call for any reason is amazing,- they are right there when we need them and we feel much safer!
