Automated wellness had two different saunas. One traditional (steam) and an infrared sauna which was heavenly to sit in before an ice cold plunge! But my favorite part was the sound bed and hot tub! Staff was invisible but the professional and relaxing touches were everywhere! There were also signs for help and guidance throughout!
AWC has quickly become one of my favorite spots to unwind. I first went in with a gift card and have already been back twice, it’s just such a great place to relax for a couple of hours. This was our first time, at first I admit, I wasn't sure about goint to a private residence and parking in thier driveway but now I can say, it works!!! Walked around the side- followed the lights and was able to check in the tablet and walk right in. The attention to detail was noticed! Music, lightning, a ton of equipment to choose from. Everything you need to make your body feel amazing. Hot tub, cold tub, sauna and massage chair. Your troubles will melt away the moment you step in. Can not recommend enough. After just one session my back was hurting less, my mind was clearer and I had a smile on my face the rest of the day. Do yourself a favor and book and appointment asap. Updating my previous review . Still A hidden gem in Vancouver. Affordable, Private access to your own personal retreat. Now featruing a private bathroom with temperature control shower amenties and a jet tub. I love the addtion of the tradtional cedar sauna and unique sound bed. Best cold plunge I've experienced in a wellness center. The infrared sound therapy sauna helps me rebalance from the seasonal changes.
