Updated- Booked two - 3 hour sessions, Clean, professional, and exceptionally well maintained. I really appreciate being able to move through a wellness circuit for me that includes the hot sauna, cold plunge, therapy bed, massage chair and red light therapy all in one visit + there’s more. What a hidden little gem in the neighborhood. There was so much to enjoy (our two hours flew by!) that we didn't get to the Sound Bed. I'll definitely go back specifically for that, based on the reviews. My only little disappointment was that one of us had to stay with the jacuzzi tub while it was filling up and we couldn't enjoy the other amenities in the other room while that was happening.
