This was our first time, at first I admit, I wasn't sure about goint to a private residence and parking in thier driveway but now I can say, it works!!! Everything you need to make your body feel amazing. Hot tub, cold tub, sauna and massage chair. Your troubles will melt away the moment you step in. Can not recommend enough. After just one session my back was hurting less, my mind was clearer and I had a smile on my face the rest of the day. Do yourself a favor and book and appointment asap. Updating my previous review . Still A hidden gem in Vancouver. Affordable, Private access to your own personal retreat. Now featruing a private bathroom with temperature control shower amenties and a jet tub. I love the addtion of the tradtional cedar sauna and unique sound bed. Best cold plunge I've experienced in a wellness center. The infrared sound therapy sauna helps me rebalance from the seasonal changes.

The care and attention to detail to give you the space to relax was incredible- definately would recommend. Especially if you are travelling through Portland - Seattle. A great stop over.
