My experience with the company has been terrible. AOS provided a bid on a potential contract for my former business, then hounded us for months when we did not take their bid. They were not helpful on any level, did not provide a competitive bid, and then basically harassed me and my staff for months - phone calls, emails, dropping in unannounced. sales person came into our business unsolicited and walked into our office like he owned the place. After my wife asked this person to leave the office and go to the counter to talk with me, they became irritated. This is in the middle of the COVID 19 pandemic. They mumbled something like "Is that you only copier?" Pointing at our HP Printer copier fax. I responded yes. They asked me how much I spend on ink per month. All you have to do is see the signage and general vibe of the place (not to mention reviews) to understand that you shouldn't support this business. No thanks! Take your business elsewhere.
