I used Automated Living several times over a 10 year period. I cannot recommend them enough! Jason(owner) is phenomenal at communication, timing, AND price! Forget about trying to hang your new TV yourself, call Automated Living!
Excellent service
I hired this company to install my $6,000 projector. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The initial appointment was canceled due to a major snowstorm, which was understandable. However, no one contacted me for two days to reschedule—I had to reach out myself. When I did, they hesitated to book a new date, citing a packed schedule, but eventually got me in within a couple of weeks. We are very happy with our theater room after working with Automated Living. Jason did a fantastic job and patiently answered all our questions. We will definitely be working with this company again.
We just moved to Louisville from Denver and contracted with Automated Living for Sight/Sound issues for our home. They were very good, reliable, and owner was personally engaged with the assessment of our needs/wants and installation.
