I purchased a washer and dryer March of 2010 and upon delivery they droped my 9 month old existing washer on the pavement while switching them around. I have a signed statement from the delivery man that he damaged my washer but he assured me it would be handled. After many phone calls it is now Jan 2011 and I still have a damaged washer.....
