We have had our gate a few years. It has been very reliable and it is beautifully built. They worked with us to design it for venting for our strongest wind direction and for privacy. Today they were out because someone hit our keypad post very hard and a portion of the housing had to be replaced. They knew just what was needed to refabricate and the replacement looks great! Josh and Bobby were thorough and very pleasant to work with.
