I am only writing this to warn people about working in this company. Owner is disrespectful, racist, throws temper tantrums on the production floor, talks down to all employees, name calls, and expects everyone to know what he wants without communicating it. It's by far the most toxic work environment I have ever seen. Nothing about working here is good. Owner does not allow you to do your job.
