I "acquired" ABR when Greg Coyle of Coyle Printers sold his company to them. Greg was an amazing partner to me for many years and when ABR took over everything good ended. The very worst part about ABR is how they treated me when I closed my office and decided to go remote to save money in a very slow year. My sales rep Jeffrey Varner treated me terribly.
