Don't ever work there much less buy anything from ABC they cut corners to maximize profits if you do buy something 9 times out of ten it will be delivered damaged
My wife has spent the past four weeks attempting to contact Brian Nelson (Sales Rep) and Richard Hunt (Sales Manager) regarding a three-panel slider in our new build, which is under warranty, after one of the panels unexpectedly cracked and shattered. I would not recommend. I reached out to Joanne who I was told leads the team. Results speak for themselves: unable to take responsibility. Out dated sales approach.
This place is just awful to work at and I feel sorry for the home owners who have the trim, door frames, doors, and any product produced in this facility. Half a million to a million dollar homes have garbage from this place lining their stairways, fronts doors, everything. They can't keep workers so the craftsmanship is shotty and because of the negative culture management cultivates most people don't care.
