Don't ever work there much less buy anything from ABC they cut corners to maximize profits if you do buy something 9 times out of ten it will be delivered damaged
My wife has spent the past four weeks attempting to contact Brian Nelson (Sales Rep) and Richard Hunt (Sales Manager) regarding a three-panel slider in our new build, which is under warranty, after one of the panels unexpectedly cracked and shattered. I would not recommend. I reached out to Joanne who I was told leads the team. Results speak for themselves: unable to take responsibility. Out dated sales approach.
