I wish I could give it 0 stars. Essentially their business models seems to be denying a healthcare service and then when you try to call them to dispute they will keep you on telephone hold for at minimum 30 minutes. If you are lucky and get to speak to a human (sometimes they hang up on you after a 30 minute phone hold and you have to start over again) they will ask you for some document or give you false information and once you get that document or realize they gave you false information you will be forced to get back in ... read more
