I received Automate with my new toyota. I was informed that I would have the interior protection put in my car a week after I bought the car, when I had my Skylink installed. Three months later, I found out that the car dealership, though charging me the $600 for the protection, never did the interior protection in my car. I am told that even though the dealership did not hold up their end of the bargain (doing the work), I was not allowed to claim a refund because they do not allow refunds.
