Where do I start? Thousands down the drain. I brought my 1994 BMW convertible there for a new top. I took every option they offered for the top and its mechanisms. They talked me into seat covers for the front as well. And some minor repair work on the driver's side door panel. The panel came off. The car leaks everywhere including now even the trunk!
