I recently had to change my auto place after 30 years of the one I was going to being it was bought out and decided I had to change places not caring for new place it was changing too... Mark is the real deal. Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!
Mark's work is always top quality and fairly priced. Been taking my Priuses to him for the last couple of years and he's done right by them every time.
The mechanics at Automaster were able to resolve a tricky issue with my car. They are friendly, capable, and very reasonable. Mark was a big help. I highly recommend them.
