Mark is the real deal. Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact. Recalibrated all four tires, shared some Italian-car wisdom, and had me rolling again. Shops that take pride, deliver top service, and shoot straight are unicorns. Mark and his crew earn five stars, no question!
Mark's work is always top quality and fairly priced. Been taking my Priuses to him for the last couple of years and he's done right by them every time.
The mechanics at Automaster were able to resolve a tricky issue with my car. They are friendly, capable, and very reasonable. Mark was a big help. I highly recommend them.
Can you give someone 6 stars?!!?! Mark is amazing at what he does. My daughter has a 2011 Civic, and it needs some TLC. We took it to 3 different places to see if we could get the brakes checked and to find out where this noise was coming from. Every place was "you need an entire exhaust, you need 4 new tires and new brakes, you need a new car." It was kind of nuts.
