Excellent service representatives (repair and especially Emily at the front desk). They spoke with and coordinated communication with insurance providers ordering needed parts, making the process painless. Updates on the progress of the repairs being performed were delivered on a regular basis.While it is always stressful to be without your vehicle the staff at Automark arranged for a rental vehicle which was available during the repair process.
