Excellent service representatives (repair and especially Emily at the front desk). They spoke with and coordinated communication with insurance providers ordering needed parts, making the process painless. Updates on the progress of the repairs being performed were delivered on a regular basis.While it is always stressful to be without your vehicle the staff at Automark arranged for a rental vehicle which was available during the repair process. Thank you for your outstanding level of service.
The grille repair on my vehicle took almost two weeks even after I notified them of the insurance claim to order parts in advance before my vehicle drop off. During the repair period there was no eta provided even after a few requests. Updates were slow or non-existent as time passed. In addition my vehicle accumulated an additional "21 MILES" as I was told my vehicle was not ready. I tracked this from my vehicle app so there is no mistaking the mileage.
