If you book a test drive with BYD at the automall, don’t count on it happening. You’ll book for 2pm only to be told on the day 4 others have booked that time and the sales manager stupidly quadruple booked themselves. Waited patiently for 40 minutes for another team member before giving up. Unprofessional.
A supposedly simple process become hard. Order BYD sealion 6 Blue color plus ceramic tinting and free mat for business. Even sales person was not aware alof new pricing. First confirmation comes with incorrect colour, and personnal account Call them back and come back with confirmation order still missing tinting and deposit paid. I dont know how many times they need to make it right. Finger cross they can deliver On Time AS ORDERED.
I can't speak highly enough of Felipe and the Sales team at Subaru. They are professional, thorough, friendly, helpful and made the process of selecting, test driving and buying our Subaru Outback a smooth and pleasurable experience. The after sale follow-up was unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you, Felipe! Definitely 5 star!
