Called weekly and no answer at all, calls goes to voicemail. Out of the blue someone answered last month and told me they will give me a call back on my refund as they have seen my email. But still no refund and no reply or call back. Not sure if I should go ahead with QCAT. Such a big company but lack of service. Sent another email and called twice today. Please email or call me back! Update* They finally refunded. I do think the phones are a big issue hope they can fix it.

After I get my car inspected for water damage they tell me I left the back window down. Was that your professional opinion? I’ve now come to realise it was the aerial fin seal. Thanks Automall west Can’t be trusted!
A terrible experience from start to finish, as with most Eagers owned multi franchise service departments...difficult to find how to get to level 5 for a start..an 'express' minor Service took over 4 hours wait time and then charged $562 for oil n filter and cabin filter on a 6, 000 km car..an absolute ripoff and never again.
Wonderful people but for non locals please, more directions on hue to actually locate level 5 as the map is genetic and I can get that on my device. I asked a Mall customer parked nearby after we drive around to find how to get to level 5. Off Stamford St there is a ramp apparently. After several visits nothing has recorded that. You have one service centre so we have no choice but to be out of our area of knowledge about this place (been coming since outside roadworks which wasn’t helpful either. Not your doing.
