Find a different dealer to buy your car! After all details taken, price confirmed, printed contract to sign, card out to pay the deposit (and 2 hours later), the Ford sales manager comes over and says sorry, I pressed the wrong button and now the car is $3000 more expensive as she picks up the contract off the desk. Dropped off for 20K service and harness retrofit (to allow charging at Tesla v3&4 chargers). Whole process to book, dropoff and collect was flawless. Customer service was first rate. Special shout out to Bree who kept me informed on parts arrival and organizing correct OTA update etc. Highly recommend BYD Indooroopilly.
Had a really bad experience. The pressure tactics are not expectable. The sales manager at Nissan aspley was rude and obnoxious when i said no to signing.
Felipe was so friendly and approachable. He always smiled and used my name throughout the interaction. Would 100% buy with Felipe!
I'm incredibly appalled at the level of disservice during my Cupra's first service at Automall West Indooroopilly. Some bloke named Ali was assisting me on Wednesday 18/06, wasn't as polite as it seems. I checked my dashcam footage and wish to make a formal complaint, from the guy who took my car first.. was speeding and flying through speed bumps into the garage and then from Ali collecting my car and was speeding through the car park and over the speed bumps, can't wait to see Automall Indooroopilly compensating me for new... read more
