These guys were amazing at getting my problem with a missing radio pin number on my Honda civic sorted out super fast. Really friendly would highly reccommend
Booked my car for a service online. I received an email that said "appointment confirmation" with the time/date details. Spent an hour in the morning traffic to be told when I arrived that I didn't have a booking. I was told because I didn't receive a text message that it was not confirmed despite the email saying it was. As if I am supposed to know the inner workings of how their system operates. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be "booking" here again.
Spent 4 and a half hours for the 5000km basic free service. Was advised that parking was free and validated only for it not to be. Spent several days attempting to get in contact with Automall, then when ignored, followed up with BYD to receive an unprofessional email response and $12 credit for next service. No apology or understanding. Took several attempts to even get the service paperwork via email. Very amateur
Me and my partner left our Honda accord to get a log book service here on the 30/4/25 8:30am. Everything seemed fine until fast forward until today when we go to get new tyres I was made aware that not one tyre lug was tightened, and both front wheels where hanging on by two loose tyre nuts, 4 had flung off whilst driving and the back tyres also where missing a few nuts. I am very angry considering my two small children under two travel in this vehicle on highways etc. We will obviously be taking our business elsewhere.
I tried to re-arrange my service appointment. The "Manage my booking" function (through the confirmation email) would not let me do this. Calling numerous times on the specified phone-number at different times of the day led ultimately always to a message bank promising a call back, which I never received. I have now cancelled my appointment, which again was only possible via the message-bank.
