A good set up for service drop off and pick up. Brendan who looked after my appointment was helpful and friendly, and had the car back when it was estimated to be ready.
I recently visited the Automall Indooroopilly Service repair centre (16/04), in Brisbane for my car service, and while I received good customer service, I faced several frustrations. First, I was surprised by a $215 fee for an additional car inspection, which I chose to skip since I could get it for free elsewhere.
