Took my Volkswagen in for a 60k service . Ally said it needed a whole lot stuff that clearly didn’t need to be changed or replaced. He said my back tires were fine but my front ones needed replacing soon. Instead of simply rotating front to back he gave me quotes on expensive tires they had. Paid $1300+ and the car broke down 2 days later. Came out worse than it went in. Never going again.

For anyone planning to visit the dealership inside Indooroopilly Shopping Centre, here's a helpful guide that may save you some time. The dealership itself is located on Level 3 of the shopping centre. While you can discuss vehicles and speak with the sales team there, most of the vehicles available for inspection and test drives are parked on Level 5. I had a disappointing experience with Lavan at Automall BYD. My test drive appointment was double-booked, and when I arrived, I was told I had the wrong time even though the appointment had been confirmed with me via text message. Rather than acknowledging the mistake, Lavan was dismissive and gave priority to another group despite my confirmed booking.
