Rated 5 star 3 years back with these comment (Excellent customer service at reasonable price) but my recent experience with them was not good as I was charged exorbitant price for replacing a fog light. Never going there again as there is significant change in their policy.
Huge shoutout to Breanna at the service centre. She went above and beyond my expectations to deliver a truly great service experience. 10/10! Side note thank you to the service team as well for looking into my connectivity issue and offering a solution. I have not had a great experience with the previous team on the Gold Coast, but this team just reiterated how amazing Brisbane is! 💖
