Had a fantastic experience at Autolux! The Staff wa super friendly, professional, and made the entire buying process smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent service!
I am beyond disappointed with this dealership. My daughter bought a Nissan Leaf from them, and from the moment she drove it off the lot, it has been nothing but a disaster. The car has major charging issues and is essentially useless, yet the dealership refuses to take any responsibility. Despite multiple attempts to get help, they have done absolutely nothing to fix the situation. Their customer service is unprofessional, dismissive, and completely uncaring.
