I am pleased to recommend Autolux. The sunroof on my Mercedes C200 would not open and was jammed in a fixed position. I rang and spoke to Danny at Autolux and explained the problem. He knew immediately what the issue was and recommended replacing the mechanism for the sunroof which he would need to order in should I wish to go ahead. The turn around from order to completion was very quick and I now have a perfectly working sunroof. The quality of Autolux work is exceptional and their customer focus is second to none.
Fantastic experience! Great service and staff. Danny was transparent and informative and was able to get everything resolved for issues with the sunroof of my car last-minute. No push for added costs, and even tried to make considerations on costs IF other issues were discovered during servicing. However, got the call post-servicing and no extra work and costs was needed. Fanatic service. The guys at Autolux understood my issue straight away without even seeing the car. Provided the options to rectify and then reconfirmed both options once I arrived for my appoitment with the car. The customer service was excellent and extremely welcoming. Cannot recommend this business highly enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to my contact, gave me all the information I needed, gave me a couple of different options to fix my car, price was very reasonable. Booked me in within a week, repaired quickly and looks great! Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.
