I bought 16000£ E class convertibile 49k miles on the clock but real millage on ECU are 80k, they gave me fake service history papers saying service has been done very recent. Terrible Attitude, Cars are nothing as described, Completely fraud and trading standards should investigate them.
If I could, I would give this place less then a one star to be honest. 1st you have to pay for a test drive . 2nd we bought a car and it stopped on the way home. When been asked if the car is okay he was looking around not even looking in our faces. I rang them and all I heard was hanging up sound after 7 calls ,being insulted 100 times, being threatened with a police (Although I'm not sure how they would pull it off I mean telling police they sold a faulty car and that I'm trying to ring and sort it out) Finally I got hold ... read more
went to look at a car - with cash in my pocket! I asked to test drive the car and was told 'Buy it first - then you can test drive it!' - all the staff wanted to do was get on their computers and surf! Needless to say we left and bought a car from somewhere else!
