Most terrible auto mechanical warranty service I've ever dealt with. Completely harassment to buy a car warranty and worse if a payment was missed. Email text and calls over 30 dollars every day.. really enough I just canceled it. Then they say we can't cancel until arrears payed. Not just cancel then I pay whats owed. Honestly don't buy
The claims manager kishor Kumar is a rude person to talk to. He needs some customer service training. I know insurance companies are busy but he never answers calls, even the workshop that has my car said he is a very rude person. I dont know the current status of my claim and ive been without a mode of transport for 2 weeks. Hes a bad apple thats for sure.
The breakdown Service response is absolutely awesome I called and they had a tow truck at my house within 45 minutes.
Very disappointing claims experience. I took out mechanical breakdown insurance expecting support when a genuine issue arose, but my claim was declined after what was described as a virtual assessment rather than a physical inspection of the vehicle. The decision appears to have relied heavily on a conversation with the repairer and then a conclusion that the problem was caused by excluded bearing wear.
