Communication is great up until the point of sale after that you never hear a thing. It was clear after purchasing the bike that they just slapped a safety inspection sticker on it without actually doing the safety inspection
I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped by showing me all the Bikes on the floor and some that were not quite ready. Once I had chosen the Motorcycle I wanted, Brandon was a godsend in helping and communicating with me the entire time. They offered me a very fair price for my trade-in and a fantastic discount on the bike itself. If I do decide to ever get another bike, Autolane will be my first choice. Very good spot if you’re looking for a new ride.
I recently moved from BC to Nova Scotia and needed a vehicle . Shane from Autolane and Cycle was awesome ! He found us a used truck in great condition and got us a 2 year inspection sticker. Him and his staff were so helpful in explaining how to get insurance and a master number. Great people to deal with! Highly recommend !
