Went in for an issue with the electric sliding doors and it was a pleasure dealing with Myrna Moran. She went above and beyond. I've never had such a positive experience when taking any car for service.
Second time I had a positive experience with Autoland Toyota Service. Pete & Myrna are the best of what they do-take care of the customers. I can’t say the same thing for Autoland showroom. While having an oil change, decided to walk over to the showroom to check out/possibly upgrade my RAV4. Sad to say not a single salesperson acknowledged my presence. Really great customer service! A little bit hard to find the Service entrance, it’s at 7 Lawrence Rd., not located on route 22. But once you get there, they’re absolutely wonderful.
