Good service, competent and sensitive workers. The only thing is that the managers force the workers to impose super expensive work. Not only millionaires go to you, but also ordinary workers. There are no complaints about the workers, they are very good.
On March 1st, I took my 2018 Toyota RAV4 in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything went well. Mr. Wong, my advisor, has always been reliable, and I've had good experiences with him. The mechanic highlighted my battery, a Toyota TrueStart battery that I had replaced in September 2022, in red, but Mr. Wong told me not to worry, suggesting maybe I hadn't driven enough. David Wong was excellent during my visit. Services were thorough and quick. And though, my appointment seemed to not be in the system he was able to get our car in and out in a timely manner. Service was exceptional. Thank you David.
Went in to have my battery checked for warranty replacement. David Wong was exceptionally pleasant to work with. He was clear and very nice. I'd give him the 5 star review but I didn't get an email survey from Toyota. Battery replacement and recall inspection was all done quickly, even without an appointment.
