10/10 will continue to work with Myrna when I bring my car to this dealership. Easy to work with. Good with communication. Pleasant person overall!! There was a car issue where the engine sign went off while we were traveling away. The sign said to pull over for safety reasons. Myrna guided us on the next steps. She also got us an urgent appointment to get the issue fixed. The issue was well known for specific model of Camry and she worked with the techs to get it resolved.
The Springfield Toyota service center was amazing! I brought my car in for a diagnostic because of a noise I was hearing and the team took a long time to help me out even though my appointment was already a bit later in the day! They test drove my car numerous times and performed several different tests until they were able to pinpoint the sound and eventually they figured it out. I had a very bad experience with the service department at Autoland in Springfield. From the beginning, the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. Communication was poor, and I felt like I had to chase them down just to get basic updates about my car and they called me and asked me to bring the car again and when I went, I had the same attitude same guy and they never serviced my car Overall, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with a dealership. Recently, I had to replace windshield for my Toyota Camry 2018. Since it requires recalibration it is pretty complicated task. This was done with high quality and in a sort tim by Autoland Toyota service. I’d like to thank you David Wong who gave me very good recommendations and excellently managed the the replacement.
