Myrna Moran was my service advisor! She was sweet and great help! If you come down to Autoland Toyota Service make sure to ask for her! The technician/staff Alexis Cruz was well-knowledge about my vehicle as well. Would definitely recommend this service place and plan to go again!!!

Update: Toyota reached out with no apology but only to offer me a free oil change on my next visit. I usually have great experiences here, which is why this visit was disappointing. My service advisor was friendly, but what was supposed to be a routine oil change turned into nearly a 3-hour wait and an unexpected $900 bill. During the wait, an employee’s vehicle was serviced as a priority ahead of mine and other customers’, which added to the frustration. I got my first free service done at this service center. I was surprised to find air leaking from one of the tires after getting the service here . Had to come back in a month’s time to get the tire fixed. But the service advisor said they don’t patch tires here and I need to go to Mavis discount store across the road. Wonder what this referral is all about .
