literally the worst service i've ever experienced. it's been 3 weeks since I came in for a warranty + recall repair, and it's been impossible to get in contact with them. they hung up the phone on me several times after reaching out because they never followed up. I'm still dealing with the same issues, and this includes having two key fobs that don't work properly... this experience is enough to never drive a dodge vehicle ever again. my old subaru dealership used to offer complimentary wash after service, as well. take you... read more
My Gladiator was recently in for service and the experience was above expectations. From the drop off to completion the staff was attentive, helpful and informative. Angelina, who was my point of contact is a true asset for Autoland - she was fantastic. I highly recommend using this dealer. BTW - I also purchased my Jeep from Autoland 5 years ago and the process was smooth, even during Covid

I sat with Chris Percoskie. We did not close the deal. His manager was not aggressive. No one ever use the words “what if”. (zero effort to close a deal) They must lose a lot of money. We literally came there to buy a truck and left without one. Can’t blame Chris the closing manager didn’t close the deal. And don’t tell me you’re sorry that I didn’t receive the five star services that your customers normally get. Because now I’m driving to either Jersey City or Little Falls. Pedro was helpful over the phone and got me scheduled quick to address recalls for my truck. Onsite, Knolan was very knowledgeable and helpful when assigned to my truck. Very communicative. They even pay for Ubers to and from the dealership to get me to my office while they were working on my truck. Very smooth process. Will be using this dealership for future maintenance/service
