Took my car in for a pretty stressful job and honestly couldn't be happier with the experience. The receptionist was lovely from the moment I called, and Brett, Sam and their team did an amazing job — kept me in the loop the whole time and gave me honest advice throughout. Thanks Autoland you fitted me in straight away and promptly fixed my car and when they thought it was one thing they kept looking and found the problem which was different to their initial thoughts - this saved me alot of money - thank you
Excellent! Resolved an issue with my car that others had “looked at” over the last years and couldn’t fix. Seem to know their stuff!
I took my car to Autoland, and unfortunately, it took them over two to three months to figure out the actual problem. I didn’t have a good experience—there was a real lack of clear communication and efficiency. I hope they improve, but it was frustrating. This review is based on my experience i had some time ago ....and I can put a review where ever I want to ...and it's my honest opinion.
